What this app does
TL EU Warranty Label displays the official EU warranty label on Shopify product pages to comply with EU Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960. It adds a theme block or automatic embed to your storefront.

Data we collect
We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from your customers.

The app accesses only the following Shopify data:
Shop locale — to determine which language version of the warranty label to display (processed client-side in the browser, not transmitted to our servers)
Billing information — managed entirely by Shopify’s billing API to process your subscription

Data storage
The app stores only the active subscription plan (Basic or Pro) as a shop metafield within your Shopify store. No data is transmitted to or stored on external servers beyond what is required by Shopify’s app infrastructure.

Third-party services
The app does not share any data with third parties. The app is hosted on Fly.io (Frankfurt, Germany) for serving the admin interface only. The theme extension runs entirely within Shopify’s infrastructure.

Customer data
Since we do not collect or store any customer data:
Customer data requests — There is no customer data to provide
Customer data deletion — There is no customer data to delete
Shop data deletion — Upon app uninstallation, the shop metafield is removed automatically by Shopify

GDPR compliance
This app is fully GDPR compliant. It implements all required Shopify GDPR webhooks (customer data request, customer data deletion, shop data deletion) and responds appropriately.
